情報提供依頼から変更イベントを作成する (Android)

目的

Android 携帯機器上の Procore アプリケーションを使用して、情報提供依頼から変更イベントを作成すること。

背景

Creating a change event allows you to prepare for the cost of a change before it becomes an actual cost. For example, if a project manager is anticipating the need to change the paint colors of a project, they can start preparing for that cost by creating a change event, which describes the estimated financial cost of the change, as well as which cost codes will be affected. After creating a change event, they can then create an RFQ (Request for Quote), which is sent to the appropriate subcontractors for pricing. When RFQs are created and responded to by the assigned subcontractors, change orders can then be created based upon the submitted quote.

  1. Android 携帯機器で Procore アプリケーションを使用し、[情報提供依頼] ツールに移動します。
  2. 変更イベントの作成元となる情報提供依頼をタップします。
  3. 垂直の 省略記号アイコンをタップします。

  4. [情報提供依頼から変更イベントを作成] をタップします。
  5. 必要に応じて、タップして次のフィールドに入力します。
    • タイトル: 変更イベントのタイトルを入力します。
    • ステータス: 変更イベントのステータスを示すには、[未着手]、[終了]、[保留中]、または[無効] を選択します。
    • 種類: [未定]、[引当金]、[予備費]、[発注者の変更]、または[発注者の変更] を選択して、準備している費用の種類を示します。
    • 範囲: [未定]、[作業範囲内]、または[作業範囲外] を選択して、費用が原契約でカバーされているかどうかを示します。
    • 説明: 費用の変更を引き起こす可能性のあるイベントについて説明します。
    • 変更理由: ドロップダウン メニューから変更理由を選択します。
    • カメラまたは添付書類: 写真またはファイルを追加するには、次のオプションの１つをタップして選択します。
      • カメラ: タップして、カメラ アプリケーションを開くと、写真を撮って案件に直接追加できます。
      • 添付書類: タップして、機器からのファイルや写真、または Procore からの写真を添付します。
  6. [保存] をタップします。
