日報を電子メールで送信する (iOS)

目的

iOS 携帯機器上の Procore アプリケーションを使用して、日報から記録を電子メールで送信すること。

考慮すべきこと

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Standard' or 'Admin' permissions on the project's Daily Log tool.
  • Additional Information:
    • Users with the ‘Collaborator Entry Only’ granular permission cannot email the daily log.

ステップ

  1. iOS 携帯機器上の Procore アプリケーションを使用して、プロジェクトの [日報] ツールに移動します。
  2. 電子メールで送信する日報の日付を選択します。
  3. 共有icon-share-ios.pngアイコンをタップします。

  4. 好みの電子メール アプリケーションをタップします。
  5. 次のフィールドをタップして、適切な情報を入力します。
    • 宛先: 日報を送信したい電子メール アドレスを入力します。
    • CC:電子メールにコピーしたい電子メール アドレスを入力します。
    • BCC: 電子メールを　BCC 送信したい電子メール アドレスを入力します。
    • 件名: 電子メール アドレスの件名を入力します。
    • オプションのコメント: 日報と一緒に送信する追加のコメントを入力します。
  6. [送信] をタップします。
