情報提供依頼から変更イベントを作成する (iOS)

目的

iOS 携帯機器上の Procore アプリケーションを使用して、情報提供依頼から変更イベントを作成します。

背景

Creating a change event allows you to prepare for the cost of a change before it becomes an actual cost. For example, if a project manager is anticipating the need to change the paint colors of a project, they can start preparing for that cost by creating a change event, which describes the estimated financial cost of the change, as well as which cost codes will be affected. After creating a change event, they can then create an RFQ (Request for Quote), which is sent to the appropriate subcontractors for pricing. When RFQs are created and responded to by the assigned subcontractors, change orders can then be created based upon the submitted quote.

ステップ

  1. iOS 携帯機器で Procore アプリケーションを使用して情報提供依頼ツールに移動します。
  2. 変更イベントの作成元となる情報提供依頼をタップします。
  3. 省略記号アイコンをタップします。

  4. [変更イベントの作成] をタップします。
  5. フィールドをタップして適切な情報を入力します。
    • 起点:このフィールドには、情報提供依頼の名前が自動的に入力されます。
    • タイトル:変更イベントのタイトルを入力します。
    • ステータス: 変更イベントのステータスを示すには、「未着手」、「終了」、「保留中」、または「無効」を選択します。
    • 範囲: [未定]、[範囲内]、または[範囲外] を選択して、費用が原契約でカバーされているかどうかを示します。
    • 種類: [未定]、[引当金]、[予備費]、[発注者の変更]、または[施主の変更] を選択して、準備している費用の種類を示します。
    • 変更理由:ドロップダウン メニューから変更理由を選択します。
    • [説明]: 費用の変更を引き起こす可能性のあるイベントについて説明します。
    • 添付書類を追加: 写真またはファイルを追加するには、タップして次のオプションのいずれかを選択します:
      • 写真を撮る:これによりカメラ アプリケーションが開き、写真を撮って項目に直接追加できます。
      • ライブラリから選択: 機器のライブラリ内の写真に移動します。次に、案件に追加する画像を選択できます。
      • ファイル: 機器に保存されているファイルが表示されます。
      • 主契約 (マークアップ推定用) :主契約を選択して、ROM のマークアップを計算するためにどの主契約のマークアップ設定を使用する必要があるかを示します。
      • 起点 :変更イベントの発生元の項目をリンクするプロジェクト ツールの 1 つを選択します。
    • [作成] をタップします。
  6. [作成] をタップします。
