タスクのステータスを変更する (iOS)

目的

iOS 携帯機器上の Procore アプリケーションを使用してタスクのステータスを変更すること。

考慮すべきこと

  • Required User Permissions:
    • To edit any task, 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Tasks tool.
    • To edit a task that you created, 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Tasks tool. 
      Note: You can update the task to any Status.
    • To edit a task for which you are an Assignee, 'Standard' level permissions on the project's Tasks tool.
      Note: You are permitted to update the status to 'Initiated', 'In Progress', or 'Ready for Review', but NOT to 'Closed' or 'Void'.
  • Additional Information:
    • You can also change the status of a task when adding a comment. 
    • When a task is placed into the Void or Closed status, the system will no longer send automated email notifications for that task. 

ステップ

  1. iOS 携帯機器で Procore アプリケーションを使用してタスク ツールに移動します。
  2. ステータスを変更したいタスクをタップします。
  3. タスクの現在のステータスをタップします。

  4. 次のオプションのいずれかをタップします:
    注:このアクションにより、タスク項目のステータスが自動的に更新されます。
    • 対応開始:タスクが作成されたことを示します。
    • 進行中:タスクの作業が開始されたことを示します。
    • レビュー準備完了:タスクが完了し、レビューの準備ができていることを示します。
    • 終了:タスクと作業のレビューが正常に完了したことを示します。
    • 無効:タスクが無効としてマークされていることを示します。
