Delete Documents from a Bid Board Project

Objective

To delete drawings or attachments from a project's Documents tab in the Bid Board tool, also known as Portfolio Planning.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions
  • 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the company's Bid Board tool.
    OR
    'Read Only' permissions with the 'Can Manage Documents' granular permission enabled on the permission template.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Bid Board tool in Procore.
2. Click the project that you want to manage documents in.
3. Click the Documents tab.
4. Click the vertical ellipsis  icon next to the document that you want to delete.
5. Click Delete.
6. Click Confirm to permananetly delete the document from the project.
