The Bid Board tool is also known as Portfolio Planning when the Procore for Owners point-of-view dictionary is configured for your company's account.

The following words used in this article will also be different if you have implemented the Procore for Owners point-of-view dictionary:

Objective

To export your company's Bid Board, also known as Portfolio Planning in Procore.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions
    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher to the Company level Bid Board tool.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Bid Board tool in Procore.
  2. Click the vertical ellipsis icon at the top of the page.

  3. Click Export Project List to Excel.
    An .xls file automatically downloads to your computer.
