Search Project Schedules at the Company Level

Objective

To search for tasks in a project schedule.

Things to Consider

• Required Permissions
  • 'Read-only' and above on the company's Schedule tool.
• Additional Information
  • The Search bar is hidden when viewing the schedule using the Gantt Chart view.
  • The following fields are searched  from the Calendar view search. 
    • project name
    • project number
    • address
    • city
    • full state name
    • zip code
    • phone number

Steps

1. Navigate to the company's Schedule tool.
2. Click the Calendar tab.
3. Select the Project from the drop-down menu.
4. Enter a word or phrase in the Search bar.
