Below are notable changes to the project's Incidents tool in 2021.

New 'Custom Field Types' Added to Incidents (08/23/2021)

Company Admin users can now select four (4) new Custom Field Types when creating custom fields in the Incidents tool. See New Field Types Added Across Quality & Safety Tools. New field types include:

  • Company Selector
  • Project Directory Selector (Single Select)
  • Project Directory Selector (Multi-Select)
  • Tool Directory Selector
