Add the Instructions Tool to a Project

Objective

To add the 指示書 tool to a Procore project.

Background

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Admin' permission on the project's Admin tool.
• Additional Information:
  • This tool has been developed specifically for Procore clients in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. 

Prerequisites

• The 指示書 must be licensed and available for your account. 
  Note: Your company's Procore Administrator must submit a request to your Procore 連絡先 to determine whether the 指示書 tool can be enabled for your account.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Admin tool.
2. Click Active Tools.
3. Locate the 指示書 tool. 
4. Mark the checkbox next to the 指示書 tool name.
5. Click Update.
   The Instructions tool will now appear in the Project Tools menu under Project Management.
