Procore による統合: Procore 予算から Viewpoint® Spectrum® に費用予測データをエクスポートするにはどうすればよいですか?

Procore をViewpoint® Spectrum®と統合している会社の場合、リアルタイムの実際の費用データをViewpoint® Spectrum®から Procore の予算ツールにインポートできます。これにより、プロジェクトチームは、Procore 予算の「見積費用」値を含む Viewpoint® Spectrum® 費用データを利用して、予算の「完了時の見積費用」値を計算できます。このエクスポート機能により、プロジェクトの会計チームは、Viewpoint® Spectrum® にある Procore の「完了時の見積費用」値にアクセスできるという無料の便益が得られます。

予測/推定を有効にするには:

  1. プロジェクトの [予算] ツールに移動します
  2. [設定] icon-settings-gear-android.png アイコンをクリックします。
  3. 次の設定を変更します。
    • 既定の ERP 予算ビュー: ERP プロジェクト費用詳細予算
    • 指定した完了時見積費用列: 完了時見積費用

要件は何ですか?

Procore + Viewpoint® Spectrum® クライアントの場合は、 サポートに連絡してこの機能を有効にしてください。要件は下記のとおりです。

  • 予算ツールは Procore のプロジェクト ツール メニューに追加する必要があります。
  • 会社の Procore アカウントは Viewpoint® Spectrum® と統合されている必要があります。
  • 他に送信する更新がない場合は、$0.00 の予算修正を入力して、予算の [ERP に再送信する] ボタンを起動できます。
 Phased Release: Budget Changes

Some ERP integrated clients may have already transitioned from Budget Modifications (Legacy) to the new Budget Changes experience. The legacy experience will continue to be available until October 16, 2023. To learn more about the timeline for migration, see: Common Questions.

Choosing to use the new Budget Changes experience will not impact the function of your ERP integration, or the steps in this tutorial. If you encounter a step with directions regarding Budget Modifications, and you have already adopted Budget Changes, please take the same action in Budget Changes as you would in Budget Modifications.
