Download Documents from a Bid Board Project

The Bid Board tool is also known as Portfolio Planning when the Procore for Owners point-of-view dictionary is configured for your company's account.

The following words used in this article will also be different if you have implemented the Procore for Owners point-of-view dictionary:

Objective

To download drawings or attachments from a project's Documents tab in the Bid Board tool, also known as Portfolio Planning.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions
    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher to the Company level Bid Board tool.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Bid Board tool in Procore.
  2. Click the project that you want to download documents from.
  3. Click the Documents tab.
  4. Click the vertical ellipsis icon-ellipsis-vertical.png icon next to the folder or document that you want to download.
  5. Click Download.
    The documents automatically download to your computer.
