Users Now Have Access To Bid Packages In Planroom Tool (3/21/2016)

Updated the Planroom so that users can access bid packages from the company's Planroom tool. Users with 'Read-Only,' 'Standard,' and 'Admin' permissions to the Bidding and Planroom tools can now view the Download Bid Docs button when there are specifications, drawings, and docs attached to a bid package.
