Submit a Bid from Your Free Procore Account

The Procore Construction Network is currently only available in the United States.

Objective

To submit a bid for a project from your free Procore account.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Member' permissions or higher for the Procore Construction Network account AND invited to the relevant bid.

Steps

  1. Log in to your free Procore account.
  2. Click Bid Board.

  3. Open the bid that you want to submit a response to.
  4. If you did not yet create an estimate or need to review it, click the Estimate tab. See Add an Estimate for a Bid in Your Free Procore Account
  5. When you are ready to review your bid, click the Bid tab.
    Note: You can also click Show Bid from the Estimating tab.
  6. Adjust the settings under 'Bid Details Settings' as necessary.
  7. Click the top vertical ellipsisicon-ellipsis-vertical.pngicon to access additional settings.
  8. When you are ready to submit your bid, click Submit Bid.
