(Beta) Delete a Custom Workflow Template
Objective
To delete a custom workflow from the Company level Workflows tool.
Background
You can delete a draft workflow from the Company level Workflows tool at any time. Published workflows can NOT be deleted.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Workflows tool.
OR - 'Read Only' or 'Standard' level permissions on the Company level Workflows tool with the 'Delete Custom Workflows' granular permission enabled on your permission template.
- 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Workflows tool.
Prerequisites
Steps
- Navigate to the Company level Workflows tool.
- Locate the workflow to delete in the Workflows table.
Note
You can only delete a workflow when it is in the 'Draft' state and is NOT assigned to any Procore projects in your company's Procore account. - Click the vertical ellipsis and choose the Delete option from the Overflow menu.
- In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click Delete to confirm that you want to delete the 'Draft' version of the workflow.
A GREEN banner appers to confirm a successful delete action.
