When your company applies the 'Owners English' or 'Specialty Contractors English' point-of-view dictionary, you'll see different tool names and term changes in the user interface. Learn how to apply the dictionary options.

This table shows the differences in tool names (bold) and terms across the point-of-view dictionaries for Project Financials. These dictionaries are available in US English only. The default dictionary is designed for general contractors, which means that you will need to work with your Procore Administrator at your company and your Procore point of contact to access the other dictionary options.

目的

請求書管理者として Procore プロジェクトの委託契約・発注に請求書送付先を追加すること。

背景

Procore プロジェクトで新しい下請業者請求書を提出する権限を下流部門協力者に提供するには、請求書管理者が請求書連絡先を委託契約・発注に追加する必要があります。協力者が Procore プロジェクトに複数の委託契約・発注がある場合、管理者は各委託契約・発注に異なる請求書送付先を追加できます。あるいは、会社の Procore 管理者が、下流部門協力者の会社レコードに既定の請求書送付先を設定することもできます。

- 下請業者請求書は、プロジェクトレベルの委託契約・発注管理ツールで作成されます。

前提条件

「Procore に請求書送付先を追加するにはどうすればよいですか?」の手順を完了します。
請求書送付先を追加する委託契約・発注を作成します。「委託契約・発注を作成」を参照してください。

ステップ

プロジェクトの請求書管理 ツールに移動します。

Tip
You can also open a commitment from the Commitments tool. To do this, navigate to the Project level Commitments tool. In the Contracts tab, click the Number link.
[下請業者] タブをクリックします。
更新する請求書を見つけて、その [契約] リンクをクリックします。
これにより、委託契約・発注が開始されます。下請業者請求書は委託契約・発注から作成されます。
委託契約・発注で、[編集] をクリックします。
[ 一般情報] で、以下を行います。
- 会社に連絡してください。ドロップダウンリストから会社レコードを選択します。
- 請求書送付先。ドロップダウンリストから会社の従業員を選択します。
  ヒント
  - 「会社に連絡する」リストに適切な会社が見つかりませんか? 会社レコードをプロジェクトディレクトリに追加する必要があります。「プロジェクトディレクトリに会社を追加する」を参照してください。
  - リストに目的のユーザーが見つかりませんか? ユーザーは、プロジェクトディレクトリ内の会社レコードの従業員である必要があります。「プロジェクトディレクトリにユーザーアカウントを追加する」を参照してください。
[保存する] をクリックします。

When does Procore send email notifications to members of the 'Invoice Distribution' list? Members added to the Commitment tool's 'Invoice Distribution' list (see Configure Settings: Commitments) receive notifications when:

The status of the Subcontractor Schedule of Values changes to 'Under Review.' See Review a Subcontractor SOV for a Commitment.

If your team is NOT using a Subcontractor Invoice Workflow, when status of the subcontractor invoice changes to 'Under Review'. Note: If your team is using a Subcontractor Invoice Workflow, the notification is sent to the Workflow Assignee(s).
