Export a Bid from a Bid Board Project

Objective

To export a project's bid in the Bid Board tool, also known as Portfolio Planning.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions
  • Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the company's Bid Board tool.
    OR
    'Read Only' permissions with the 'Can Export Estimate and Bid Documents' granular permission enabled on the permission template.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Bid Board tool in Procore.
2. Click the project that you want to view a bid in.
3. Click the Bid tab.
4. Cick the Export drop-down menu.
5. Select one of the following options:
   • Save as PDF
   • Save to Word
   • Send by Email
