Export an Estimate from a Bid Board Project

Objective

To export a project's estimate in the Bid Board tool, also known as Portfolio Planning.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions
  • Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the company's Bid Board tool.
    OR
    'Read Only' permissions with the 'Can Export Estimate and Bid Documents' granular permission enabled on the permission template.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Bid Board tool in Procore.
2. Click the project that you want to view an estimate in.
3. Click the Estimating tab.
4. Click the vertical ellipsis icon at the top of the estimate.
5. Click Export Estimate.
6. Select one of the following options:
   • Excel
   • Budget Template
   • PDF
