目的

Procore のプロジェクトレベル ディレクトリ ツールから会社の ERP との統合ツールに会社レコードを送信し、会計承認者が統合 ERP システムへのエクスポートを承認できるようにすること。

背景

統合 ERP システムに存在しない会社レコードが Procore にある場合は、それをエクスポートできます。最初の手順は、Procore のプロジェクトレベルのディレクトリ ツールで会社レコードを見つけることです。次に、レコードを ERP との統合ツールに送信し、会計承認者によってエクスポートが受け入れられるようになります。

ステップ

  1. プロジェクトレベルの [ディレクトリ] ツールに移動します。
  2. [会社] タブをクリックします。
  3. 会社の横にある [編集 ] をクリックします。
    又は

    Beta   会社名をクリックします。

  4. レコードをレビューします。
    注:
    • 変更を加えたい場合は、会計承認者による承認のために会社レコードを ERP との統合ツールに送信する前に、変更して保存することをお勧めします。
    • [名前] フィールドの入力データには、最初に会社をディレクトリ ツールに追加するときに表示される [会社名]] フィールドと同じ最大文字長制限が適用されます。詳細については、「ディレクトリ ツールの『会社名』の最大文字長は何文字ですか?」を参照してください。
  5. [+ERP に送信] をクリックします。

    Notes:

    • If the Send to ERP (or Re-send to ERP) button is grayed out and unavailable, hover your cursor over the question mark (?) to learn why. Typically, it's because the project's ERP data has not yet been synced or because the item does not meet the minimum requirements (see above). 
    • If the Retrieve from ERP button appears, the data has already been sent to the ERP Integrations tool.
