    • This table shows the differences in tool names (bold) and terms across the point-of-view dictionaries for Project Financials. These dictionaries are available in US English only. The default dictionary is designed for general contractors, which means that you will need to work with your Procore Administrator at your company and your Procore point of contact to access the other dictionary options.

建設プロジェクトで保管されている資材に対して請求すると、請負業者は現場で資材を購入および保管するコストを回収できます。 また、チームは受け取った資料を正確に説明する必要があります。これには、取引先、品目の種類、数量、原価、および納期の文書化が含まれます。 保管された資材は完了した作業を表すものではないため、請求期間中にプロジェクトに導入されるものと、将来の作業のために保管されるものを区別するために、請求書を明細化する必要があります。

請負業者が請求書の支払いを受け取ると、保管された材料はクライアントの所有物となり、請負業者は保管された材料が安全であることを保証する責任があります。 誤解を避けるために、プロジェクトの委託契約・発注または元請契約の要件が、保管資材の請求方法について明確であることを確認してください。
