項目に多層場所を追加する

目的

案件の作成または編集ページ内で案件に多階層化された場所を追加するには (例: 提出資料、情報提供依頼、変更指示、等)。

背景

プロジェクト管理者がプロジェクトでこの機能を有効にしている場合は、多階層化された場所を「その場で」追加できる場合があります。これは、案件に場所を追加するときに、案件の編集ページまたは作成ページ内から新しい場所を作成して、プロジェクトの場所のマスター リストに追加できることを意味します。

考慮すべきこと

• 必要なユーザー権限:
  • ツールとタスクによって異なります。ユーザー権限マトリックスをチェックして、サポートされているツールで項目を作成または編集するために必要な権限を確認してください。

• 追加情報：
  • 上記のリストの案件を編集または作成する権限をたとえ持っていても、プロジェクトマネージャーが新しい場所をその場で追加する機能をオフにしている場合があります。この場合、場所を追加するときにオレンジ色の [新しい場所を追加する] ボタンは表示されません。
  • 場所には事実上無制限の数の階層を含めることができます。
  • 重複する場所名は許可されません。
  • 場所はプロジェクトごとに作成されます。

ステップ

1. サポートされているツールの 1 つに移動します。

2. 多階層化された場所を追加する案件の横にある [編集する] ボタンをクリックするか、そのツールで新しい案件を作成します。(注: 作成と編集の方法については、このページの上部にある検索バーで「___ を作成する」または「____ を編集する」を検索するとわかります。)
3. [場所] の横にあるドロップダウン メニューを選択します。
4. 先行入力検索バーを使用して、案件に追加する場所を検索するか、新しい場所を追加します。
