Preview a Subcontractor Invoice from the Progress Billings Tool

Objective

To view the summary preview for a subcontractor invoice from the Progress Billings tool. 

Background

After you create a new subcontractor invoice, you can preview what it will look like in its final format by expanding the 'Summary Preview' container in the invoice. 

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Progress Billings tool.
  2. Click the GC/Client tab. 
  3. Locate the invoice that you want to preview in the table.
  4. Click its Number link open it. 
  5. Scroll to the 'Summary Preview' area.
  6. Click the arrow to expand the preview.
