Retrieve a T&M Ticket from the Recycle Bin

Objective

To retrieve a T&M Ticket from the Recycle Bin.

Background

When you delete a T&M ticket, Procore moves the ticket to the tool's Recycle Bin. 

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • To retrieve a T&M ticket you created, 'Standard' level permissions or higher on the project's T&M Tickets tool.
  • To retrieve any T&M ticket, 'Admin' level permissions on the project's T&M Tickets tool.

Prerequisites

• Delete a T&M Ticket

Steps

1. Navigate to the T&M Tickets tool.
2. Click Recycle Bin.
3. Click Restore next to the ticket you want to retrieve.
